About NCSAB

The mission of the NCSAB is to promote through advocacy, coordination, and education the delivery of specialized services that enable individuals who are blind and visually impaired to achieve personal and vocational independence. Our members are state agencies throughout the US and Territories who administer programs authorized under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act through the United States Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, Rehabilitation Services Administration.
