The Draft Annual Review Reports for FY 2005 are now available for
review.
To view your agency's report, perform the following steps:
* Log in to the MIS at
http://rsadev.net with your user name and
password.
* On the Main Menu, select Data Entry then select ANN - RSA Annual
Review Report
* You should see a list of fiscal year 2005 grantees starting with
Alabama Combined.
* Scroll down the list to find your state and agency and click the
View link
* There should be four buttons across the top. Click the Format
for Printing button, wait until the Department logo appears, then press
control plus P to print the report. After it prints, use the Back button
in Internet Explorer to return to the Main Menu.
* If you have problems, please contact Tammy Nelson at
202-245-7464.
If you determine that RSA has made either a calculating error or a
factual error, please notify your state liaison as soon as possible, but
no later than Friday, November 3rd. As indicated to you in an earlier
email, in order to avoid delays in the publication the Annual Review
Reports, RSA will not be correcting agency errors in previously
submitted data.
Please note that the information that you provided to us regarding your
FY2005 Goals and Priorities, changes in policies and procedures, and
activities of your SRC or independent commisision may have been edited.
We received quite a range of information and have made a concerted
effort to find the proper balance between faithfulness to the
information that was provided and consistency of format and content.
Immediately after correcting any errors, RSA plans to publish the final
FY2005 Annual Review Reports on its MIS by notifying interested parties
and stakeholders electronically that the reports are available. This
notification will include directions for how to access the reports on
the MIS.
Thank you all for your cooperation in helping us to produce these first
Annual Review Reports. We hope these reports will provide a large
audience of stakeholders and interested parties with important
information about the performance of the Federal/State VR program. As
with all of our efforts to work with you to improve the performance of
the program, we fully expect these reports to evolve and improve over
time based on feedback we receive. We welcome your suggestions.
Finally, at the risk of generating a slew of trick or treat jokes, I
want to wish you all a Happy Halloween.
